TD SCAN (U.S.A.), INC. CLOSED ITS OPERATION
As of October 31st, 2007, the joint venture between DENSO WAVE and TOYOTA TSUSHO, named TD SCAN (U.S.A.), INC., which was
responsible for marketing, distribution and service for DENSO AIDC products, which are manufactured by DENSO WAVE, closed its
operations in North America.
TD SCAN (U.S.A.), INC. discontinued shipping in North America by September 28th, 2007, and it is in final liquidation
process.
As for TD SCAN’s existing customers, DENSO WAVE will keep warranty and service commitments to those customers who purchased
DENSO AIDC branded products through TD SCAN in the United States. DENSO AIDC product will be available through a designated
channel partner and warranty and service repair can be obtained through Ingram Micro only for a limited time.

During this grace period we encourage North American customers to migrate their DENSO AIDC products to another manufacturer
immediately. Services are available to assist you in selecting a new product from another manufacturer. Contact your local
reseller for their recommendation.
