RECENT PROJECTS
- Working with our partner Fairbanks
Scales to provide a Railcar Loadout System for one of their
large agricultural processing customers.
- Implemented Smart Printing Systems at several customers:
- A produce company is using ToolWorx
Smart Printers to print container labels at all their
packaging stations without any PC connections.
- An automotive supplier is using our PLC
Printer to print accurate tote labels using digital
signals from robots.
- An automotive supplier is using our Smart
Printers to print accurate container labels with correct
quantities at the manufacturing cell based on PLC signals
to designate the part number and weigh count from a Fairbanks
scale communicating directly to the printer.
- Implemented TWMobile
at one of the largest suppliers of portland and blended cements
in the United States for inspection of rail cars prior to loading.
- Implemented TWTool
at a local community college in their Science Lab to track instruments
and chemicals.

and Marketing, presented a session on Smart Printing and Error Proofing.
The session highlighted how Intermec
Smart Printers are being used with ToolWorx
software and other peripherals (like scanners and scales) to help
companies eliminate errors in packing, labeling, sequencing, and
