TOOLWORX RELEASES BIOTERRORISM ACT COMPLIANCE SYSTEM
BRIGHTON, Mich., November 29, 2005-- ToolWorx Information
Products, Inc., ("ToolWorx") of Brighton, Michigan, announces the release of a new version
of their Lot Traceability System called TWLot™ Compliance. This version of TWLot™ is designed to help
food processors comply with the FDA Bioterrorism Act of 2002 reporting requirements. This Act was
passed by Congress to protect the food supply of the U.S. by mandating that food processors implement
a lot tracking mechanism to identify and limit any contaminated food from spreading through the food
supply chain. TWLot™ Compliance will track lot numbers of all ingredients used in every recipe of any

About The Bioterrorism Act of 2002
The events of Sept. 11, 2001, reinforced the need to enhance the security of the
United States. Congress responded by passing the Public Health Security and
Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act of 2002 (the Bioterrorism Act), which
President Bush signed into law June 12, 2002. The responsibility for implementing
the Act falls under the auspices of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
The FDA is responsible for carrying out certain provisions of the Bioterrorism Act,
particularly Title III, Subtitle A (Protection of Food Supply) and Subtitle B
